Over the years Cellulose Insulation has been criticized for being to dusty. My rebuttal to my competitions attempt to scare off my clientele would always be "Yes it is a little dusty, but I am yet to meet someone who cared how dusty there attic was." Well there the best insulation in Kelowna just got even better! It is with great pleasure that I can introduce to you, Cellulose with dust control. With all the great benefits of using Cellulose in the Okanagan / Kelowna area still in place it is almost impossible to imagine anyone wanting to use fiberglass. The long list of benefits by using Cellulose just got longer:

15% faster return on investment (this is possible because cellulose has less air leakage and has a higher R-value per inch. In most homes your roof line will dictate the amount of insulation that can be added, especially around the perimeter of the attic where the roof meets with the top of the wall).

63% safer in the event of a fire. All though cellulose is made of recycled news paper it is treated with borax which is proven to be an amazing fire retardant. There is actually a test to prove this by typing in " The Big Burn Test" in Google or copy and paste this link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bhKaXSusPpU. You should find a video produced by a fire department who conducted a study in regards to the flammability characteristics of cellulose and fiberglass.

85%-100% recycled content makes cellulose the sustainable choice.

It is no longer dusty. Here is a link you can copy and paste in your browser to see a video demonstration. <span style="font-family: "Courier New"; font-size: 10pt;">http://youtu.be/2HOn-DhmudI

<span style="font-family: Times,"Times New Roman",serif;">Rodents, pests and insects are deterred by cellulose

<span style="font-family: Times,"Times New Roman",serif;">Better sound control because of its density, keeping your home much quieter

<span style="font-family: Times,"Times New Roman",serif; font-size: small;">No itch. If you ever have to go back up in to your attic for electrical issues, plumbing issues etc, you wont come out of your attic scratching your self like you have just been bitten by a thousand mosquitoes.

<span style="font-family: Times,"Times New Roman",serif; font-size: small;">If you have any questions regarding the benefits of cellulose or are looking for an upgrade on your insulation. “Insulating Your Wallet”TLC Energy Solutionshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10981195034017813405noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-92273373790088528.post-34232196652350170322010-09-21T18:27:00.000-07:002010-09-21T18:27:04.173-07:00Kelowna Its Insulation season again!Well it seems as though summer has past and sweat pant season is back. With the forecasts calling for a cold winter in the Okanagan, now is a great time to seal up those drafty areas in your home and make sure your insulation is adequate. I met a fellow entrepreneur a few weeks ago with a great idea to help people find those leaky areas in your home. With some high tech gear developed to draw a negative vacuum on your home Lloyd can tell you where all your leaky areas are on your home and recommend a course of action so you can fix them. He has a special on right now for $99 to have this test done. Lloyd can be reached at 250-768-8512 or www.lloydsweatherization.com.

If you are wondering how you can check your insulation there is a couple areas you can easily check on your own. The first one is the attic. Grab a ladder, pop open your attic hatch and bring a flashlight and a measuring tape. You want to put the measuring tape on the dry wall and then try to figure out the average depth of your insulation. It should read at least 14-16 inches deep, anything less than that and you are going to spend more than needed to heat and cool your home. If you have a crawl space you want to look at two things. The walls to see if they have insulation on them and the joist ends (the cavity between each joist that sits on top of the foundation wall). Both of these areas are often left uninsulated and can lead to 30% of your heat loss.
I'm not sure when this heat wave will end but I can promise you that the heat will always be back in the Okanagan. So many people are asking for solutions to keep cool and keep their cooling costs down.

Here is a few helpful hints on what you can do to combat the heat:

Make sure your ceiling insulation is at least up to code R-44 or have at least 12-16 inches of insulation. Some home owners that are really suffering in the summer may want also consider a radiant barrier for their attic. They are really helpful especially in the hot summers as they can improve your insulation performance by 20% and also reflect 97% of all radiant heat gain which can result in a 40% reduction in cooling costs

Invest in dark or multi layered blinds for your windows.

All though it is expensive to replace windows they can usually pay them selves off in 5-7 years if your windows are poor. With Low E, multi layered glass and Argon technology the R-value in a new window can easily be R-4 or even R-7 where old windows can give you an R-value of only 1 at best.

Make sure your attic is properly ventilated. For every 1200 sqft of attic space you should have at least 4 attic vents and baffles coming through to your soffits for cross ventilation. Ventilation is key to keeping cool as insulation is designed to hold heat and if it is not ventilated it will keep your house warm all through the evening. Also mold can be a concern when areas are not properly ventilated, this is bad for the home and your health. Seasonal attic fans are also a good idea.

If you ever replace your roof consider lighter colors as black and other dark colours are very warm.

Old air conditioners can be very poor performers and cause you allot of money. Its worth checking the SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rating) on your unit as to my knowledge AC units go as high as 12 or 13 SEER but heat pumps can go over 19 SEER which results in big savings for cooling and heating.

Is your house south facing and exposed to the sun? Planting or transplanting a large tree can add landscaping value and shade for your home.

Last year was my first year working with the government upgrading insulation in over 400 local residential homes. The project was so successful that more money has been allocated to improving even more homes right here in the Okanagan. Its good to know that there is help for some select homes that score poorly with Eco energy testing devices. I would also like to congratulate UK Trades a local industry leader in the renovation business for being asked to take a major role in the project. Do you or does someone you know have a home that is costing them an arm and a leg to heat and cool? I would like to hear your story...

One of the latest and greatest materials comes from recycled blue jeans. Yes those dirty old jeans can be recycled and put to good use. However the unfortunate problem in today's market is that the vast majority of the public aren't willing to anti up the extra 10% or so to have such products installed. I don't blame the public as I have always thought that recycled products should cost the same or less than competing products. That being said, if the government would stand behind and support more products like recycled jeans then perhaps the costs would be more equal. The truth is that most Eco friendly materials actually perform better as well. If the education on such products was endorsed than perhaps more people would see the big picture in regards to their ROI. Recycled news papers also known as blown cellulose is another great example. Cellulose out performs fiberglass in terms of performance, safety, air quality, R-values per inch and its 100% recycled. Again your only talking a small increase in price to use a superior product yet most of us have the horse blinders on and only think about the upfront costs. What makes it more difficult to promote these products is the advise that 90% of the insulation contractors are giving. If you were to contact 5 companies for insulation quotes you may have one that will offer you a recycled product other than fiberglass. Being a customer listening to 4-5 companies that slag products like cellulose, you are likely to think that if most companies offer fiberglass and are telling you its better......well than it must be better...not so true. Business owners will stick with the demand and that's the cheaper products because we as consumers are so price focused.

Keep this article in mind the next time you make a purchase no matter what it is. The cheapest quote or material will often result in you getting the worst product, with the worst return on investment. Like Mike Holmes says "Pick the quote in the middle, ask questions and qualify your contractor by getting referrals."

Have a great weekend!

So many events are held across the country that April is now known as “Earth Month.” When Canada celebrated its first Earth Day in 1990, the most publicized environmental issues included:

Global warming

Ozone depletion

Air quality issues

Deforestation

Ocean pollution

Waste management

In 2010, these issues continue to compromise the future of generations to come. Environment Canada reports that total greenhouse gas emissions rose 26 percent from 1990 to 2007, 33% above Canada’s Kyoto target.
Everyone can make a difference. Earth Day provides the opportunity for positive actions and results.

Ideas for taking action on Earth Day
To help make a positive difference in the fight against climate change, consider taking action on Earth Day.

Spearhead or participate in a neighborhood clean-up.

Instead of driving, walk, ride a bike, or take public transit.

Eat meat-free for Earth Day. Reducing the amount of meat consumed by North American families can help diminish the methane gas emissions associated with domestic livestock farming. Methane gas is the third-highest contributor to greenhouse gas emissions.

Reduce power consumption for the day. Try to use as few electronic devices as possible, turn off lights when not in use, and hang clothes outside to air dry.

Get involved in a tree planting. Trees offer shade, improve air quality and offer a natural habitat for local wildlife.

Keep an eye out for some major changes this year with Utilities such as BC Hydro making a near 10% increase. The other big news is that the Eco energy program is looking to announce a new government grant budget any day that could help renovators subsidize their costs even further through the yet to be announced budget. In my industry "Insulation" some customers will essentially be getting 50% off!

We need to invest in efficiency because that is where the long-term results can be found. Efficiency means using water more wisely -- by fixing leaks, replacing old appliances and fixtures, and taking other common sense steps in our homes and our communities. For example, if one homeowner fixes a leaky toilet in her house, she can save between 30 to 500 gallons of water a day. And if Metro Atlanta scaled it up and fixed the leaks in all of its water pipes, the region could save between 30 and 60 million gallons a day.

Now, let's be clear: water efficiency does not mean telling people to shower just once a week, or to plant a cactus in their front yards.

Water efficiency does not mean turning the water off. It’s not about water use restrictions – because that just brings temporary results.

Either in cold or hot climates, the attic's insulation is critical. Install insulation to a level of at least R-40.
If you have a flat roof or a no-open attic space, consider some structural approaches to solve their deficits in terms of insulation.

Walls

Walls insulation (and floor insulation, in cold climates) isn't less important than attic insulation... A two to four inches of plastic foam insulation added to the outside of your walls can make a little miracle in your heating and cooling needs

Crawl spaces, basement and slab insulation

The insulation of basements, slabs and crawls is also crucial in cold climates.
Do not forget to also apply a ground-moisture or vapour barrier if that space is damp.

Vapour Barriers

If the insulation material is water absorbent (e.g. cellulose) and there isn't vapour barriers and the ventilation is insufficient, moisture and other negative consequences can be unstoppable.
You should use vapour barriers to keep moisture away from bulk insulation materials and to maintain their performance. Use non-combustible barriers to protect loose-fill insulation.

A proper Installation

Be aware with the quality of the installation.

- If the insulation doesn't fill small gaps, its efficiency will diminish drastically. Materials should be well fitted, and leaks sealed and avoided. Corners of walls, ceilings and floors should be properly insulated, and it shouldn't be allowed gaps around obstructions. Similarly, the holes, joins and ends of the insulation material should be well sealed or closed. Sprayed-on foams or loose-fill insulation are, in many situations, excellent solutions because they eliminate voids, and edge and other gaps.

- Do not compress bulk material insulation. They should be fixed with their normal thickness to perform well.

- In outside applications, foam insulation requires an adequate covering, to protect it from degradation (e.g. from the sun) and possible physical damages (e.g. caused by lawnmowers). Foam insulation should also be protected from fire and heat in outside applications (a drywall layer is a common protection).

Reflective insulation Cares

Reflective insulation is important in hot climates. But the quality of its installation is also very important.
- Maintain an air space of at least 0,8-1,2 inches (2 or 3 cm) next to the shiny surface of the reflective insulation.

- Dust settled on the surface of the reflective material will reduce its performance. To avoid it, keep the reflective surfaces downwards (or keep them vertical).
- In walls and under floors, when dealing with porous materials, use perforated reflective foil. It will prevent rotting, by allowing materials to dry.
Window and door Frames
Qualified windows is crucial to get high energy savings. Pay also attention to possible thermal breaks connected to windows and doors. They are responsible for important heat losses.
From what I understand the majority of the public perceive this to be a negative and maybe I don’t fully understand it yet, but so do I.

When I started TLC Energy solutions (Okanagan based Insulation Company) 4 years ago, up until now it’s been an asset to not have to charge PST. Several home owners I have come across didn’t know PST was exempt from insulation and as a result they moved ahead faster knowing their project was going to cost 7% less than expected. Now with HST being introduced, my customers will have to pay 12% HST instead of 5% GST. This carries through every industry and product across BC including new homes....wow!

The government claims it will be easier on business owners like myself because there will be HST rebates coming back to me. Didn’t they forget a step there when the customer buys from me because he can afford it in the first place. With more costs in my opinion comes less spending which then results in businesses sinking and fewer jobs to go around.

The most ironic part of this whole thing is that the Fed’s are giving the province in the area of 1.6 billion dollars to introduce the HST. Hmmmm where might they get 1.6 billion dollars...oh I know YOU and ME!

Another words we are paying the government to raise our taxes! Something tells me that 1.6 billion is more of an investment by the fed’s as they milk this cash cow.

If you or someone you know is considering upgrading their insulation, doing a home renovation or purchasing a new home, it might be wise to get it done before July 1st 2010.
In new home construction this is obviously the best time to oversee the quality of work and products that are being installed. There is so many decisions involved in building like wall colors, flooring, appliances, fixtures etc...that often the most important decisions are forgotten and overlooked. Insulation is one of them. Many but not all builders now days are trying their best to lower costs to ensure they can still turn a profit. This means that they are shopping around for the cheapest quote out there. This reminds me of a couple sayings, "The bitter taste of a cheap product or install will always last longer than the sweet taste of a cheap price" or "All cars have 4 wheels, but they are certainly not all the same".

The cost difference in a higher quality insulation product is very marginal. It also doesn't cost much more to put in extra insulation and the easiest, most efficient spot to do so is in the attic. An important thing to remember is that code is the minimum that we have to achieve...since when did the minimum sound like a good idea in terms of energy efficiency in your home. A home for most people is the biggest investment you will ever make, so take the time to ask your builder/contractor what they are installing.

TLC Energy Solutions takes pride in the products and services we provide our customers. We offer the most eco-friendly materials available in the market today, that also out perform and offer superior safety for your home. Insulation advice is always free as our goal is to lower your carbon footprint that you will leave behind on this planet. As a result, TLC Energy Solutions is changing the way people think about insulation.

In today's economy with homes all over the country in foreclosure and business's shutting down left and right. Why is the service so often less then satisfactory? One might think that in struggling times for many people that the service would be better than its been in years.....I'm not seeing it. What I have noticed is its hard to get service with a smile these days, let alone have someone ask you if your happy with your product or experience. Its grab your money and run!

In today's world we have so many lines of communication its silly. There's fax, email, text messaging, home phone's, office phones, portable phones, cell phones, internet chat, answering machines, mail and last but not least face to face communication. So what can possibly be our excuse for not providing service 10 times better than say 30 years ago? Having listed all these ways to get in touch with someone, it seems hard to believe any excuse I hear for people not getting back to you or fulfilling their obligations. Is technology to blame here? I see people all the time screening calls with call display or saying its Friday and I will get back to them on Monday. Back in the day people were lucky to have a phone at all and a car to get them to work, but they still managed to give good service. Now certainly not everyone was inclined to give good service back in the day and there is a good chance they are out of business now if they didn't. So I say go to work tomorrow and every day after that with the intentions of blowing your clients away with good service. We all know that when we have a good experience we tell a few people, but when we have a bad experience we tell everyone who will listen. This is the time to grab your share of the pie and run your ass off with it! Use these communication tools as a way to leverage your business, not as excuses to procrastinate.

I may sound harsh by suggesting that most service needs to improve because certainly there is business's out there doing a great job! Keep it up for those of you that haven't forgotten true service, because I know your customers won't forget it.

I can only hope my competition doesn't read this...and neither does yours!

Have a great day!
A mine near Libby, Montana was the source of over 70 percent of all vermiculite sold in the U.S. and Canada from 1919 to 1990. There was also a deposit of asbestos at that mine, so the vermiculite from Libby was contaminated with asbestos. Vermiculite from Libby was used in the majority of vermiculite insulation in the U.S. and was often sold under the brand name Zonolite. If you have vermiculite insulation in your home, you should assume this material may be contaminated with asbestos and be aware of steps you can take to protect yourself and your family from exposure to asbestos.
Unfortunately this is very common with insulation here in the Okanagan. As things slow down for just about everyone, homeowners have the luxury of shopping around to find a contractor that best suits their needs. Over the past few years things have been busy for just about everyone and home owners and business owners were lucky to find anyone available. So now that we have options available customers need to educate themselves even further on what products are best for my project and who is going to give you the quality workmanship you deserve?

Every contractor including myself should have some sort of biased point of view as to why their products and services are better than the rest. So how does the customer know fact from fiction?
Start with the wonderful tool you are using right now...the Internet! The Internet has plenty of unbiased articles for customers to educate themselves so they can make the right choices. Also ask as many questions as possible and check for references and testimonials. Here is an example of poor work and a big mess to correct: At the top are some pictures i took today on my camera phone (sorry for the poor quality) of a fibreglass blown insulation job gone wrong.

The picture on the top is a return air duct for the air conditioning that is completely blocked with insulation leaving this business with poor air quality, an air conditioning system that won't function properly and random pieces of insulation falling on customers. In the picture on the bottom you can see the air conditioning duct has been stepped on and pushed through the ceiling. This is typical craftsmanship from a company who hasn't properly trained their staff and obviously didn't take the proper measures to make sure the job was done properly. In addition to these errors they also neglected to properly block the insulation around the hatch leaving me covered in fibreglass when i opened the hatch to the attic.

So what Insulation is the best choice for your project? The answer varies from house to house and project to project. There is many choices from Urethane spray foam, Reflective foil insulation, batt insulation and blown insulation. They all have their ups and downs and are better used in some places than others.

Lets take the attic for example: You could use the old school method and batt your attic, however the insulation coverage is much better if you blow in some insulation and for you real green thumbs reflective foil insulation can be added as well. Now you have another decision to make....do i use cellulose or fibreglass blown insulation? 95% of insulation contractors will only offer you fibreglass for one reason only; it’s cheap making profits high!

Cellulose is about two times the cost in material but has many qualities that make it the greener smarter choice. Cellulose is first off 100% recycled newspaper treated with borax to make it fire resistant. Cellulose is also a more dense material giving you higher R-values per inch and in turn making it safer than fibreglass by not allowing the fire air to breath and therefore smothers the flame giving you more time to save your home and make a safe exit in case of a fire. Check out this link of a burn test to see what i mean.

Another thing you may not know is that fibreglass in most cases contains formaldehyde and is often extremely itchy.

Cellulose is often slagged by insulators again because it costs more and therefore they make less. Some of the things you will here is that it settles, well all insulation settles over time. Its dusty...this is true but only during the installation will it get a bit dusty around the hatch.

I have heard every excuse in the book as to why most insulators will try to get you to use fibreglass and i have a rebuttal for them all, but then again i must be bias as well seeing on how this is what i do for a living. So don't trust me, do the homework for yourself and once you are educated....TLC Energy Solutions would be glad to help.

Terry Laurin - TLC Energy Solutions

http://www.tlces.com/ 250-215-8020

TLC Energy Solutionshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10981195034017813405noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-92273373790088528.post-50394759492657115732009-02-24T11:36:00.000-08:002010-02-05T19:28:11.563-08:00What Insulation should I use on my next project

I don’t believe there is one type of insulation better than another; however there are some insulation types better suited for specific projects.

For example Batt Insulation is easy to handle and just about anyone can install it themselves without the use of special tools and equipment. Its versatile, inexpensive, but isn’t the best for filling all those hard to get at gaps.

That is where Blown Insulation holds a big advantage. Blown insulation is usually made up of fiberglass or Cellulose. Both products do a great job in attics, especially cellulose because it’s finer giving you higher R-values, increased safety when treated with borax and it’s made of recycled newspaper....making cellulose a Green choice.

Then you have Spray Foam Insulation. A product that gives you high R-Values per inch and is also a very effective Vapour Barrier! Spray foam is best used in hard to seal areas like rim joists because it is so hard to get a perfect seal with just poly and acoustic seal (the traditional way of sealing a rim joist). Another place I like to use spray foam is when you have a scenario where you need to get a high R-Value in a small space. Unfortunately spray foam is more expensive to have applied than Batt insulation, Blown insulation or Reflective Foil Insulation, but it makes up for it and then some when needed.

Last but not least Reflective Foil Insulation. Used and designed by the NASA space program reflective foil insulation was not designed to saturate heat, (R-value is a measurement of how much heat a sample of insulation can hold or saturate) but to reflect heat. Reflective Foil Insulation also called a Radiant Barrier when made and applied correctly will block 97% of all radiant heat. This is a huge factor in warm, multi climactic places like the Okanagan. The sky is the limit with this product when it comes to applications.

So now that you know a little about these products maybe you can decide which is best for your next project.
Inadequate insulation and air leakage are leading causes of energy waste in most homes. The biggest reason why you should insulate your home is because insulation saves you money and our nation's limited energy resources. Without insulation your home would simply be unliveable. Insulation makes your house more comfortable by helping to maintain a uniform temperature throughout the house, and makes walls, ceilings, and floors warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer.

The amount of energy you conserve will depend on several factors: your local climate; the size, shape, and construction of your house; the living habits of your family; the type and efficiency of the heating and cooling systems; and the fuel you use. Once the energy savings have paid for the installation cost, energy conserved is money saved - and saving energy will be even more important as utility rates go up.

How Insulation Works

Heat flows naturally from a warmer to a cooler space. In winter, the heat moves directly from all heated living spaces to the outdoors and to adjacent unheated attics, garages, and basements - wherever there is a difference in temperature. During the summer, heat moves from outdoors to the house interior. To maintain comfort, the heat lost in winter must be replaced by your heating system and the heat gained in summer must be removed by your air conditioner. Insulating ceilings, walls and floors decreases the heating or cooling needed by providing an effective resistance to the flow of heat.

Batts, blankets, loose fill, and low-density foams all work by limiting air movement. (These products may be more familiarly called fibreglass, cellulose, polyicynene, and expanded polystyrene.) The still air is an effective insulator because it eliminates convection and has low conduction. Some foams, such as polyisocyanurate, polyurethane, and extruded polystyrene, are filled with special gases that provide additional resistance to heat flow.

Terry Laurin
www.tlces.com
250-215-8020
“Helping you become Energy Efficient”

TLC Energy Solutionshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10981195034017813405noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-92273373790088528.post-9863436573637095872009-02-18T18:07:00.000-08:002010-02-18T18:07:57.636-08:00Are you getting the best products and prices for your Kelowna foams and sealants?
This is a common problem in homes that are insulated with fibreglass, but are not air-sealed.
The average home has many hidden holes, gaps and cracks around window and door frames, electrical outlets, plumbing lines, under the siding, in the basement, and in many other places. When you add them all up, it’s about the same as having a four square foot opening letting air in and out of the house. Air leakage through holes, gaps, and cracks is the single biggest cause of home heating and cooling loss. This loss accounts for 30 to 50 percent of the energy used in most homes. With a 400 percent increase in heating and cooling costs over the past decade, air sealing your home is a simple way to save money and make your home more comfortable.

Do you have Drafts & Uneven Room Temperatures?

This problem can usually be traced to air leakage, a poor HVAC (Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning) distribution system and insufficient insulation. The problem can be solved by checking the HVAC system, installing proper insulation and air-sealing all areas that contribute to air leakage in the affected area.

Do you have Mold, Mildew, High Humidity problems?

Mold and mildew problems are typically caused by high humidity in the house. This leads to condensation on cold surfaces such as windows. The resulting humid air causes mold and mildew to develop. Because moist air rises, the problem typically occurs in the attic. When left unchecked, it can cause wood to rot and may lead to respiratory problems for people with sensitivities and allergies. One effective way to minimize the problem is to air-seal and insulate all gaps between the attic and the living quarters.

Do You have problems with Ice Dams?

If you live in the northern parts of North America, you probably have seen icicles hanging from eaves in winter. The hanging icicles are not only dangerous to people passing by, but often are an indicator of potential roof/attic problems that could cause serious damage to the house over time. Ice dams usually occur during heavy snow followed by a combination of melting and freezing temperatures.

In a house that is not properly insulated and air sealed, heated air escapes from the living areas of the house to the attic. The heated air warms up portions of the roof causing snow to melt. Melted snow flows down to another area of the roof which is cooler, and the water refreezes. A small dam slowly builds up as more melted water refreezes. Over time, water backs up behind the ice dam and travels up under the shingles where it begins to leak through the roof and into the living space below. One way to prevent ice dams is to make sure the attic is well-insulated and to seal areas where air can escape from the living area to the attic (e.g. pull down attic doors).

Do you have Insect Infestations?
The average home has many hidden holes, gaps and cracks around window and door frames, electrical outlets, and plumbing lines and under the siding. These openings are pathways for insects to enter the house. If your house is infested by ants, ladybugs or other small insects, you can minimize the problem by sealing gaps and cracks around the house.

For all your home ventilation issues contact:

Terry Laurin-TLC Energy Solutions
We help you become energy efficient

250-215-8020
www.tlces.com
terry@tlces.comTLC Energy Solutionshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10981195034017813405noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-92273373790088528.post-61813793427794547462009-01-24T19:53:00.000-08:002009-02-25T04:26:22.640-08:00Are you getting the best products and prices on your foams and sealants?--

TLC Polyurethane Straw Foam (24oz) $9.88
-
TLC Straw Foam is a one-component insulating foam that is dispensed using an easy to use straw attachment.
